• Wagering requirement: 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing).

5.3 VIP Program

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular activity and active participation on the platform. The terms of VIP rewards will be communicated in separate notices.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

jajy9 reserves the right to set daily, weekly or monthly betting limits for users. Users may also set their own limits as part of responsible gaming.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet will be refunded.
• jajy9 reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds or quotes have been provided.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined by software and confirmed automatically. Once a result is confirmed it cannot be changed, unless there is evidence of a technical error.

6.4 Disconnection

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the jajy9 system saves the game state. When the user reconnects, the game will automatically resume.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or with funds from illegal sources.

7.2 Software and Technology Abuse

• Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the game software.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform for personal gain.

7.3 Consequences

In the event of prohibited activities, jajy9 may: permanently close the account, forfeit deposited funds and take legal action if necessary.

Limitation of Liability
